Privacy policy

What we collect

• Forms you fill in. The free AI check, the contact form and the full-table form on a snapshot page ask for some of: your name, work email, phone number, company name, website and market. We only get what you type.
• Your website's public pages. To run a check we read the public pages of the website you give us and ask AI engines questions about your category. We do not need access to any of your systems.
• Ad and visit data. If you arrive from one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, the Meta Pixel sets the _fbp and _fbc cookies. When you send the free check form we pass those, your IP address and your browser type to Meta, so Meta can tell us the ad led to a sign-up. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies.
• Snapshot links. When we send you a personal snapshot link (venoh.com/s/...), we record when it is opened.

Why we use it

• To run the check or service you asked for and send you the result.
• To reply to you, including by email and, if you gave a number, by phone.
• To measure which ads and pages bring sign-ups, so we spend less on the ones that don't.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your data to train AI models.

Who we share it with

Only the services we use to run Venoh AI: Vercel (website hosting and analytics), our database and email providers, Meta (ad measurement, as described above), and the AI engines we query, which receive questions about your category and company but not your contact details. Each processes the data for us under its own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep check results and contact details for as long as they are useful for the service and our follow-up with you, and delete them when you ask. Reply "stop" to any email from us and we will not email you again.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to us through the contact page. We reply within one working day and act within 30 days. You can block the Meta cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date at the top.
